how much are twin 40s worth?
have a set of weber twin 40s on my pinto atm but looking to upgrade to 45s. Any idea what 40s are worth?

Unless you have done a lot of head work, bored to 2.1 have a serious race cam and beefed up and balanced the bottom end you won't gain anything
by going to 45s. What size venturi are you running and what jets? There are lots of options depending what you want your engine to do, mucho torque or
lots of top end power.

aye pretty much all those things, 2.1, big valves, rally cam.
looking on track balls as it seems to run out of puff a little.
I know nothing about tuning webers mate so couldnt tell you what jets etc are in it.
If they are no better than the 40s they will be promptly removed and the 40s put back in
