Fireblade drive shaft flange

Sprocket now off and flange ready to bolt on with a spacer. Once in place and tightened up the problem I can see is how do you stop the prop shaft bolts from turning when you do the nuts up. The bolt heads are inside the casing.

I fitted the bolts from the outside and nuts on the inside.
Whatever though I have room behind it to get a spanner on the nuts......
Could it be fitted either way round?
Also I hav a substantial washer behind it to ensure the bolt tightens against the adaptor, they do vary.
