Low pressure fuel regulator?

Does any one know of a carbed car equiped with a electric fuel pump that has a fuel pressure regulator.

Need a low pressure regulator (3psi) so i can convert my run around car from mechanical to electric fuel pump.

Don't won't to pay too much so going to have a dig around at the scrappy. Can anyone recommend which car to look on?

Thanks,

Doug.

Told Saab 9000 has a pump under the drivers seat, This is High pressure but can easily be modified to give a low pressure (adjustable output).
