IIRC there was a book with a black cossie whaletail on the front, titled"sporting sierra's" and I have one somewhere here, but anyway if I mind right there was a good bit about engine specs and identifying the blocks/heads..wouldn't like to say if engine numbers were included but I am sure someone out there has a copy and will promptly correct me...

all this 2.8 , 2.9 , 3.0, v6 , straight 4, exhaust ports, plenum chambers crap has confused the poo out of me,

Dont give a fcuk anyway...............im using a bike engine.

No matter how young, old or well read we all are.

but to be sure, can't you check the engine number with your local ford dealer?

Leave it with them, it's not as if your in a complete hurry are you?

Anyway I'm away back to building, once i've completed my garage move this saturday.
