205 blocks have abreather on each side of the block, most people only use the one but using the pair wont hurt.
I would still say having one on the cam cover woudl be a good idea.
I have same problem on mine with clearance on the bonnet so bought the yellow type one from halfrauds and made it alot shorter..still just catches the
bonnet but it does fit.
Can do a pic if it would help more
