ive got a few plans, at the minute until jetting is sorted shes on a switch so on all the time basically. GBS do a water rail kit that incorporates a
thermostat which would work, or Burton do an electric fan sensor which is pretty much a thermostat.

Just re read your post re thermo switch,I have a thermo switch in my polo rad from when the pinto was in but need to find out what temp it came on
at,I'm also going to run a manual switch so I can control it from the dash,on the top of the zetec thermostat housing there is a thermo switch
so you could use that?,I have just started reading through old posts on here but might help you??

The sensor on top of the thermo housing is an ECU temp sender for the original ECU. Iyt wont work with anything else other than an ECU. You can always
swap it for something else though to suit as your running carbs and dont need it.
