The zx7 has a similar setup for ram air tubes. There is no requiemt to alter the float bowls

So I should get the bike carb fuel pump or a regulator for the existing pump,ok will look into that.

bike carb pump - bike carb's don't like being force fed fuel
the zx9r / zx6r type pump's are quite neat (should be quite cheap from a bike breaker)

yes, but with a different manifold obviously
infact carb's that size (38 - 40mm choke) should work with just about any 4 pot engine between 1.8 and 2.5l (depending on the sate of tune of
course...)

If your using a low pressure pump at present then you shouldnt need to change it. Why are you outing the webbers though cant see you gaining much
other than better MPG.

Only changing the 40's because should be 45's with 5 progression holes and the next best solution looks like zx9r bike carbs...
