the throttle quadrant on biek bodies is the issue regarding the mapping
i ran busa bodies did the same power as the jenveys i have now but using the stock bike set-up you get very short pedal travel and its hard to hold at
the set load sites when mapping
the jenvey bodies i run now give a massive pedal travel which helps modulate engine power

You explained it better than I did. I had the same issue when swapping fron a single zetec tb to bike tbs. You need to move the cable attachment point
nearer to the pedal pivot point to get the gearing/movement back to full travel.

I also did that, machined up a nice round drum quadrant on the tb's. On the tb's i used (gsxr 750) the standard quadrant is quite small
and it's oval so the movement isn't linear either which just makes matters even worse.
