Well I renewed the big ends in my crossflow and its still knocking
Still coming from the back: oil pressure OK, ticks over without any knocking, blip the engine sometimes it starts making a noise, blip it again and it
shuts up.

Cheers Chris

If you have play in the crank (no/loose thrust washers), it will worsen, improve as you operate the clutch
If you can keep you head, whilst all others around you are losing theirs, you are not fully aware of the situation

I've decieded to scrap the engine and go for the other one I have. It has a single score down one barrel, but its not too deep so hopefully
it'll be OK
