ST170 Inlet on a silvertop.

I have an ST170 inlet off my new engine and have had inquiries about fitting to a silvertop.

This picture shows it bolted to a 2L silvertop head. The ports are around 10mm out of line vertically with the injector cutout on the manifold firing at the face of the block slightly. How have all you peeps who have used this setup managed this problem? Rescued attachment P1000098.jpg

I used an ally spacer-plate approx 10mm thick sandwiched between manifold and head. Drilled for the studs and then cut the inlets through on an angle, bit like port matching a manifold direct to a head but matched one side to the head and the other to the manifold. Added two dowels to ensure I could align the bits.
