OOo shiney
I would suggest that a cam cover should be able to be sprayed with std cellulose paint as it shouldnt get that hot.
So it would need rubbing down with wet n dry, etch priming then painting with your choice of colour

I have done one in standard spray paint from Halfords etc - doesnt need anything special as it doesnt get that hot. You could also look at getting it
powdercoated too.

Thats what I have used on my rocker cover.... works fine..
But as Flak says... Make sure you use a decent etch primer!!! (frosts sell it if you cant find any in halfords)

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Looks great, but as many Honda owners (including myself) will attest it's not the most robust finish. It seems to get very hard and brittle
after a number of heat cycles, and starts to chip off.
