Which fuel tank??
Hello peeps!!
Which fuel tanks can i use for my locost??
The chassis is two inches wider than the book.

Many builders here i Sweden are using the fuel tank from the old saab V4. It will fit almost perfect, but might be hard to find outside sweden.

i used a 23 litre speedboat tank, £22 brand new, off ebay. small but adequate.

Spitfire tank fits a dream, and before the smart arses get in on the act, I mean the Triumph type, not Supermarine!

Yeah, even the filler is on the right side for my car !! what capacity is it and how much ??

That is stainless, can't remember what capacity, i think it is 7 gallon. Without a surge tank, about £60 depending on size shape. In alli much
about the same and in mild steel about £40.
