Is this the sump I need?

I've asked for more pictures of this sump on ebay clicky but wondering if it's possible to tell if this is what I need for my 2 litre blacktop. Seller says it is, but you know what they are like

Cheers

Mark

If it is for a Zetec it will fit, I'm using a modified silvertop sump on a blacktop.

If you want a windage tray in there, may not be neccesary looking at that sump you'll need one from a silvertop, also the double ended main cap bolts, and 4 spacers machining up, like this:

Phase 2 windage and pickup on

Is that a shortened Sump or a Standard.

If it is standard Zetec then you will ground out all the time

Try and get a short sump

Scot's do it better in Kilts.

Blacktop sumps are dead easy to shorten if you can weld, or get someone to weld for you.

seller said it was 7 inches deep, to fit the 1.8 silvertop or 2.0 blacktop.

Is this shallow enough

This is what I'm ideally looking for mate (thread can be found in Wanted), but my welder has packed in and don't want to spend a fortune for one small job, although depending how high this goes it might be cheaper.

waaay more hassle for me at the moment though

cheers
