Bloody hell.
Starting bid £1000, too.
I wasn't aware blind people were allowed to drive.
Just noticed, the badge says robin hood, that explains a lot.

Looks Metro Based. It would be a fun drive with a 1.8VVT dropped in.
(Almost a straight bolt in job)

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

The commercial vehicle test is less strict, I read about them building one as a pickup but never saw one till now.

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

They auctioned about 5 of them when RH went tits up - some even got to 3 figures!
I cannot imagine the point in the factory when they had a design meeting and concured that the design was ready for production
If you can keep you head, whilst all others around you are losing theirs, you are not fully aware of the situation

As I understand it, Tricky Dicky just built whatever he wanted to.
He may have built some crap and had some 'unsual' business practices, but for the sheer bloody mindedness that it takes to build some of
the stuff they built and for making it into a good going business, I do have some admiration for him.
