Tps = Throttle position sensor. It tells the ecu the load.
2 is cam Phase sensor. Its not needed with bike carbs. just leave it sat there.
3) vacume take of for balancing if there are four of them or for a map sensor or even a brake servo.

Your other post about the Megajolt has now been answered, use the TPS option with the built in TPS sensor on the carbs.
You are using a Zetec so also have the crank position sensor already built in which i belive is someware on the rear of the engine reading of the
flywheel.
Use proper sheilded cable for the TPS, Crank position sensor (VR) and the PIP and SAW signals.
Earth the sheilding at a good earth, make sure the earths in the Megajolt loom are good and use a strong good power supply.

Just adding to the above post - only earth shielded cable at one end.
