Just a quickie
A silly one i know but i can,t find it in any manual.
What size torx bits do i need for a pinto head and oil pump bolts.
I already have the older splined bitsbut they don,t fit the new bolts.

Sykes Pickavant do a special long torx driver for the Pinto head most car accessory shop used to carrry them -- motorfactors and Halfords also. I
think I may have one in the garage which I will never use (I don't like Pintos !!!!!) yours for 4 quid + P&P
For the oil pump just buy a set of small 3/8" drive torx sockets for about 10 pounds or lesss.

Just bought a T55 bit at Halfrauds for a little under £4 so all systems are go.The oil pump one can wait but i will still need to know the size for
the future.
No detling today as ive got to strip a Sierra before the scrap man arrives but all parts are free cos the guy only wants the running gear for a RV8
locost. He already has the engine and box from an SD1 and boy does it look big up close.

Head is off now and it turned out to be splines anyway, nevermind.I,m sure the new bolts will be T55 so not a loss.
Thanks all Ray...
PS; The guy ran his RV8 on the floor with only headers on and boy do they sound good...
