which engine oil for zx10r 07
can anybody recomend some good engine oil,i have a zx10r 2007 in my car,i use it a lot for trackdays so i want a good oil.

I used castrol R4 in mine,its not cheap,but never had any problems.

Hi iv always used Q8 FS superbike cause i was sponsored by them and have loads left but use a good quality semi or fully synthetic and you will be
ok
castrol R4 is excellent
