Anybody know where this hose goes? I have removed the A/C pump power steering. I wondered if it was something to do with that

It's the pipe that connects the charcoal fuel cannister via the purge solenoid valve. Any fuel that evaporates when the vehicle is parked gets stored in this cannister and is dumped into the inlet manifold at oppurtune moments by the ECU.

I chopped it off of my engine and bunged up the hole with TigerSeal. Works fine.

The other one is for the brake servo - also chopped and bunged. The only one I've got left is the one connected to the fuel pressure regulator.
