There was a long discussion on talk sport the other day and in the end a lawyer came on and there is nothing legally to say that the seller has to
sell it to you for the advertised price. If they continue to advertise items lower than they are actually priced then yes trade descriptions can come
in to play but if it is genuinely wrongly priced it is at the discretion of the vendor if he wishes to complete the transaction!
But saying that it's worth a try!
