Full throttle gear change
I want to be able to use full throttle gear change, but was wandering if I can use a brake light screw in banjo to give my ecu a reading? Or will it
not be sensitive enough?

If its a hydraulic clutch... you will stand a chance I would have thought :-P
(they take a fair bit of pressure to operate so see no reason why not TBH)
wire a light onto the switch fitting and check it lights up and stays lit when the clutch is at biting point and goes off when you release the pedal I
suppose is the best method of checking (assumng you already have the switch)
Its not going to be very adjustable though (but would it need it?)
Its certainly something I was pondering about recently (since I got the hard rev limit for Edis module...that still hasn't been opened let alone
built a year and a bit later!)
The method I'd use to trigger my Megasqirt would be the same type of switch they use on rear brakes on a motorbike (with the spring so I
don't just destroy the switch first operation)
I'd fit mine to the clutch arm poking through the bellhousing as theres no room left in the footwell
Mine is a cable clutch so no hydraulics to tap into
Mmmmmmm...Flat shift and launch control...but when would I use it?

yeah seems alot easier that a manual swtich on the pedal box thats all, ill give it ago i think see what happens, even if i dont use it its no real
drama, but i though i might aswell use it if i have it!
