Help trying to find engine weight.
Trying to find the weight for a s62b44.
Its a bmw alloy blocked v8, claimed 290bhp but they all make over 300bhp(keeping figures away from the 400bhp m5).
Like this one....

Does anyone know the weight of them? It should be quite a light package as its an all alloy engine, also the bmw gearbox/bellhousing's are
light too.

According to
"john.g burns-bmw" website look it up on google then click on E&M numbers in the index on the left hand side near the top.
Can not put up a LINK as I do not know how. If someone wants to let me know how that would be great as I like to think that everyday is a school day
and I like to learn at least one new thing everyday.
