Help trying to find engine weight.

Trying to find the weight for a s62b44.

Its a bmw alloy blocked v8, claimed 290bhp but they all make over 300bhp(keeping figures away from the 400bhp m5).

Like this one....

BMW 540 X5 ENGINE 4.4 V8 1998 M62B44 | eBay

Does anyone know the weight of them? It should be quite a light package as its an all alloy engine, also the bmw gearbox/bellhousing's are light too.

Cheers.

According to
"john.g burns-bmw" website look it up on google then click on E&M numbers in the index on the left hand side near the top.

Can not put up a LINK as I do not know how. If someone wants to let me know how that would be great as I like to think that everyday is a school day and I like to learn at least one new thing everyday.
