ARP Flywheel bolt lube

Do I need to use ARP assembly lube for my flywheel bolts or can I use loctite thread lock. I have 243 and 270 loctite. If I can use loctite what torque setting should I use?

Cheers in advance,
Neil

If your fitting ARP fasteners you must use their assembly lube otherwise the torque settings/pre-load will be wrong

If you have a look on their website there is a video showing how in-accurate the torque settings will be if you don't use the proper stuff...

You can fit without there lube but should look up the required torque using oil as the lube.
Critical bolts such as mains, head and con rods deffo use lube.
The flywheel bolts whilst critical are much stronger than standard and can take a degree of over torque.
Locktights a good idea.
