zx6r carbs what age for tps

What age zx6r carbs do I need to go for to get a tps built in.
There are a few 95-97 carbs on ebay for a good price at the min.

YZF seem to be a good price to and definately have tps on from that age, are they as easy to tune as the zx6rs?
