Duratec starter and inlet.
My Duratec arrived with starter but I noted that I don't have a bracket at the back of the engine. I saw a lot of pictures and some engines
seems to have the bracket but other don't
As for the inlet I'm going to fit Jenvey DTH TBs but I also noted that one of the bolt holes has not thread. The OEM plastic manifold does not
use this hole, but I'm not sure if it will be OK to mount the TBs without that extra bolt!
Many thanks!

Its fine without the front bracket on the starter, or you can make your own from a bit of sheet. Its only an L shaped bracket I recall.
Dont worry about the non-threaded hole. Its not needed for the DTH throttle bodies

Got the L shaped bracket on my starter but can't immediately think why it would be a problem not having it fitted. Two remaining bolts pull the
starter onto the block so should be pretty solid.
Didn't bother with the inlet non-threaded mounting hole on my GSXR1000 ITBs 'adapter plate' - any advice from Jenvey though since I
guess there's a mounting hole at that position?
