Scholar Sump on Zetec

Gents
I have the Scholar sump fitted on my blacktop zetec. Im told by Scholar that the standard zetec dipstick is fine but when I start the car the dipstick comes out 2-3 inches..... Any ideas???

Sounds like there is some pressure in your crank case...do you have a breather?

has the valve been taken out the end of said breather?

I'd love to give my imaginary friend a great big hug,

but this jacket makes it impossible.

assuming you are running a catch tank, remove the valve, should be open all the way through to tank and its own breather
