alternator on your Zetec.
Just a quickie guys, what Alternator are you running with your Zetec's, is there a prefered option to look out for?

You can use just about anything thats 12v and you can fit in the hole.
Ive used all sorts but the two most used are the Denso (Diahatsu four track) and the Lucas (80's fords).

I use a small denso unit from a nissan micra.
do an ebay search for denso alternator,you
should find a small unit on there.

Have used Lucas, Motorola and now use an ancient Denso off an 80's Charade GTTi, bloke up the street gave it me, brilliant, worth every penny.

using the standard pinto on mine, I have bike cars so it gives more clearance than the plenum some use with injection
Life is like a bowl of fruit, funny how all the weird looking ones are left alone
