sierra diff info
I have a sierra viscous 3.9 diff with bolt on lobro shaft. Need to find out what ford had a bolt on diff with no viscous unit as
Tranx tell me the lsd they are supplying to me will not fit viscous case.
Question; which ford had 7" bolt on non viscous diff ratio not important as fitting 4.4--1

you are looking for a disc braked rear so probably a 2.0 ghia or a higher spec model

Find that a bit strange, because as far as I am aware all the 7" diff casings are the same, LSD or not. May be wrong, have been in the past,

Its not the case, its the output shafts that the CVs bolt to. Trans needs non Led output shafts

Thanks guys, the sales people at tranx indicated the issue. If its the bolt on portion of diff what sierra has disc brakes with no lsd
