Diff thread

Only real way of mowing for sure is to take the back cover off as its written on the crown wheel.
Or read the metal tag on the diff
Or look at the VIN plate letter in axle

There are 3.3 and 3.14 diffs in the 1.6 range but I had one in a 2.0 so Ford could have put any thing in

The 1.6 I stripped had a 3.36

mine had a 3,62 but it was a push-in 6,5 inch diff (yes, these do exist!)

That's Ford again, the 6 1/2" diffs were only found in export Sierras and the very rare 1.3

Mine was a 93' with 3.62 72 and push in shafts.
