good stuff
but do use the online calculator as to how much you need, cos without it you will overfill by a long way
also you will have a loud hour or so first run while it settles down
I'd love to give my imaginary friend a great big hug,
but this jacket makes it impossible.

Good stuff
I used the competition version in mine which is more like the traditional matting
Cost about £50 delivered to fill an SBD can
The bonus was you don't have to use stainless steel wire wool with it
Infact they advise specifically against using it with the matting as it causes localised hot spots
IIRC i got mine from a company called savaguard ?

Yup, just filled mine up wioth it. I was 102db before, still running it in so not sure what it is now, but it sounds less harsh already in my 6"
can.
Edit: Got mine off eaby as it worked out cheaper

Mines 6 inch to, just seems like a lot, guess the photo is misleading it shows it wrapped round the inner pipe just twice which is well less than best
part of 2 meters ?

I think thats promotional sales photos for you. Its the same when you order that nice huge juicy Big Mac in the picture, then when you open the box
it's tiny, a bit mongy looking and falling apart.

Excellent stuff,
It's knitted together with something like fishing line, which melts after running the engine for a while which then lets it expand to fill the
can.

Update,
Installed the stuff not surprisingly after what came out it was imidiatly quieter, now it's bedding in its super quiet considering it as 10000
rpm propelled exhaust gas passing through it.
Highly recommended.

That looks like a great idea. I had a horrible job repacking the Akropovic cans on my RSV1000 last year, wish I'd know about this back than.

Been thinking of repacking my exhaust with this stuff. I used the calculator but the problem is my can is a Blueflame twin-port, so the inner
perforated pipe splits about 1/2 way along into 2 for the outlet. Not sure how to calculate for that.
Any ideas anyone?

well that was much easier than anticipated, however slightly disappointing to see that my exhaust can (which I thought was empty) was actually full of
wadding already, albeit broken down and filthy - but I still wanted it to be empty.
put it all back together, and ran it for a wee while, can't say I've noticed a difference as yet - as there is a slow blow between joints
which I will sort out... but apparently it gets quieter the more its driven.
cheers all

being honest I wasn't sure how much to put in, but I did the calculator thing on their website, so I just put in the amount they stated...
here are some pics of the process for those that can tell me I've done it wrong lol
