Is there a formula for converting .25mm into thousandths of an inch, can only find my imperial feeler gauges but sizes I need are in 0.mm
TIA

1mm = 40 thou
so 0.25mm = 10thou
A zues book is one of the handiest thing to keep in your tool box, mine live underneath the the tool tray of my top box.

To convert metric (mm) to imperial divide by 25.4 and to convert imperial to metric, multiply by 25.4.

+1
no stupid conversion tables need to clutter up your tool box then
Some people can never handle the truth and always try to shoot the messenger instead of taking an honest look in the mirror (its always easier to
blame another than to face reality), but secretly they wish they could grow a pair and be the messenger !!!

If you think a zuess book is "stupid conversion table" I'm guessing your more familiar with the use of the hammer and chisel than
vernier and micrometer
BTW I can convert from metric to imperial in my sleep.
