Hi,
I bought that starter motor from them a few months ago its not the same as the one in the photo but I still have it so I will try a post of photo of
it tonight so you can see what you would be getting. It needs quite a bit of metal grinding away to get it to fit, therefore I found a slimer starter
motor that required far less grinding that seemed to fit ok and works fine.

Try QX Components QS1221, mine was less than £50 delivered.
Pictures of it fitted in my archive under Engine...

That's what I used as well, seemed to fit well.

pete did you need to enlarge the mounting holes on that starter?
the main issue seems to be the sump fouling rather than anything else

No hole opening up, but, for any starter using this config on a blacktop you need to remove a lot of alloy from the intermediate sump. In the end I
used a silvertop sump, it had a better profile, but still needed mods, I'm sure there are pics in my archive.

I have a second hand one, and spacer ring if you need £20 + postage,... if that helps, or you can collect from Leicester or Biggleswade
