Exhaust for Duratec

I'm after an exhaust for my Duratec Avon. I was wanting to use AAS in Newcastle, but they can't fit me in until the end of June. I've contacted tiger but they don't know if their manifold will fit an Avon as it is designed for their R6.

So can anyone recomend me either a Duratec exhaust off the shelf that will "probably" fit or a company in or around newcastle to make me one?

What is the recommended pipe size for headers in a standard duratec on TBs? 1.75"?

Anybody know how large should be the primaries for 4 into 1?

Thanks!
