Eccentric pipe reducer
I'm looking for an eccentric pipe reducer 100mm to 75mm to reduce the outlet from a NACA duct down to the inlet I now have on my airbox. Any
ideas? An aluminium or rubber Samco type thing is probably what I'm after but totally open to suggestion.

That's a concentric reducer. An eccentric reducer has wall of the the smaller pipe inline with the wall of the larger pipe at one point. i.e.
the smaller pipe is offset.
Don't know where one could find such a thing however.

If you can work in stainless try finding dairy equipment suppliers, they will have all sorts of nice pipe bits in thin wall stainless, most likely
including offset reducers.

You can do it quickly. You can do it cheap. You can do it right. – Pick any two.
