I don't know - it sounds quite good to me. Clearly lots spent on it and quite unique with that engine.

Also as the Dutton chassis seems to have been replaced "special spaceframe chassis" it seems to be a Dutton in shape only - which isn't such a bad thing

It's a good one, but nowhere near that much.

"double skinned in Anodised Aluminium, so does not corrode!"

Yeah, right !

It's like everything, you can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear. Duttons are what they are/were.

Looks like a very nice car and probably priced right (if the masses of £6-7k sloppily built MK's, etc. we constantly see coming up for sale are anything to go by!).

If I had to drive a Dutton, I'd feel slightly more comfortable, in that one.
It looks better finished than some 7's I've seen.
Agreed a bit pricey, but only a bit for a keen owner

A very good point, although Im sure the forum police will be along soon with a comment like that.

It would need a new spaceframed chassis, the old Dutton one was awful. I had one for a while.

I got fed up of the intrusion into the seating area hitting my lardy ar*e, as did passengers. It hurts big time over bumps.

I certainly agree it's a rebuild based on a reg'd car. Ringer, I'm not sure I'd call it that unless it was a Dutton reg on something completely different.
