Has anyone made or used these?

Hi Guys I am toying with the idea of buying one of these manifolds for my car, although I can weld I'd like it to look great so i'd do all the donkey work and line it all up, spot weld it then give it to my friend to tig for me as it's his job.

So are they any good, anyone used and made one?

Thanks

Yodi

Isn't that mild steel?

Unless you want to wrap it, you need stainless.

That collector doesn't have any vanes inside as well - if you do a little googling then you can find really decent collectors.

Saying that, I think it's a decent amount of pipes for the price.

I've tried coating exhausts as well with varying results. All cars differ, but Fisher Sportscars did make a press release advising people to not wrap their exhausts - there were a few fires ...

false economy. just my personal opinion but why buy a nice car then ruin it with an ugly exhaust. save up and have a nice one made by someone like Paul Gooderham (username = "907" on here). or his website http://www.paulgooderham.co.uk/

the one he made me has been on the car 18months and still looks like new when i clean it.

he isnt far from north london either.

Thanks guys

I will look into his site now.

One of the main reasons I want to make one or have one made is the aakward fitment on my car and I'd like it to route out the same way as it does now.
