Not runnning right again
My car is barely getting used at the moment but it has always started and run perfectly when left before. Last time I was out in it it was only
running on 3 cylinders at low revs. I cleaned the carbs which made no difference and then changed the plugs and leads which seemed to sort it out.
However when I moved it today it was running on 3 again. I need to whip out the plugs to see what colour they are but was wondering whether the coil
pack would be a likely candidate.
What do you think?

Good point!
Blacktop 2.0 Zetec, megajolt and ZX6R carbs. Been running great for the last 4 years.

Could be just dampness on the leads, give them a spray with WD40 or similar and see if that does the job. HTH Ray
To make a car go faster, just add lightness. Colin Chapman - OR - fit a bigger engine. Chippy

I think the coil fires in pairs doesn't it? if you had lost a winding you would lose 2 (please correct me someone if I am talking p00)
