Zetec Alternator Idler Pully
Does anyone know where I can get just the pulley from the Alternator/Drivebelt trensioner contraption?
I don't need all the tensioner stuff just the pulley to use above the water pump pulley so I'd rather not pay a fortune for the whole
tensioner gubbins as it's not needed.
Tee pulley I'm after is the one on this I just don't fancy paying £52 for a pulley...

I used one like this, but from a motor factors. Was a bit cheaper if I remember rightly, but I had to get a boss made up to mount it to.

Hey Alfa145,
I may still have the one I took off my zetec, may be a bit grubby but should do what you want. I will have a look at the weekend when I get home and
let you know.
Thinking about it, if you just need the pulley wheel a new one comes with the new cam belt I think????

Thanks, but need a ribbed one. I would expect 2 smooth pulleys (waterpump and idler) in sucession might end up with the belt slipping off.
