lolocost do a diy manifold kit for the pinto. probably not ss though, but maybe worth a look.

I get mild steel one's cut by a profile cutting company. You should be able to give a template to someone near you and get them cut. Its easier
if you have a CAD drawing for them though and its not cheap if your doing 1'offs though.

Hi,
I assume that if you want flanges, that you are making a manifold.
Why not make the flanges? Hacksaw/multidrill to a rough
shape and finish off with grinder & file.

Is it for a pinto?
I assume it is from the name. Use a gasket as a pattern or ask a profile cutter to make a flange to fit it.
