zx9r running / not
hi all iv finaly sorted the wireing out on my zx9 but i can have the engine running but the starter keeps going with it aswell .. and then cuts of
when i let go off the key so a little help if possibal ... iv followed the insturctions of a lad who had his running on the bench but all that what
happens

Evening Dan,
So you are saying that when you turn the key to "start", the engine starts, but stops when you release the key?
If so you have the ignition/ECU wire connected to the start terminal on the ignition switch, reconnect it to the "ignition" terminal on
the switch ie, the one before "start".
The only wire coming from the "start" terminal should be the one running to the starter relay.

yea thats the one ... when i relese the key it cuts of
ill have a go at that now and ill let you now how i get on ..
as i said what would i do without your help lol
