Seemed to have gone a bit wrong in the timing dept.
Crank at TDC (checked with) dial on stroke with plunger type tool
Cam at centre of lobes in v position on first cylinder.
Megajolt fitted - but disconnected so that it runs at 10 degrees (?)
Compression on these two cylinders OK (ish).
Any ideas as to what causes this eratic behaviour? Was half expecting pointers in the red zones on the synchronisers but not this?

Thought this was going to be you lol before I opened it haha
Thought you had a Morgan carb tune sync, they are the best in my opion! Important thing is that they are all the same across all 4 carbs! You'll
find one carb is un adjustable and the other should be set up to that master one if you like.
That thing is gonna purr like a kitten by the time you're finished!!
Cheers

I do. It seems that I needed to fit the valves to that as well. The pipes were a little loose too, which all meant I wasn't getting much of a
reading from them.
But having played again with them today. I agree with you. You get much more idea of adjustment with the Morgan Carbtune than with the dial type in
the vid above.
