What Duratec fuel rail options do I have?

I am just about getting ready to fire up my Duratec conversion, but I am not happy with my fuel Rail.
I have modifyed the original one and welded on a 8mm hose nipple at the end. When I pressurize the thing with air, I get a leak, and the damper in the middle lets go.

I could weld it again, but I don't know what to do with the damper. Do I just put on a blanking cap?

I have tried to search, but cant find an after market fuel rail for the Duratec. Any suggestions on aftermarket fuel rail?

What throttle bodies do you have? Do they not have an option of a fuel rail?

I might have a piece of billet fuel rail for you to make a proper one piece rail, how long does it need to be?

I bought mine from Jenvey - about £60, so not cheap by locost standards, but quick and of a great quality.
