Torque settings on silvertop

Anybody got the torque settings for arp rod bolts and stock mains bolts on a 2ltr zetec silvertop please.

Stock mains as per Haynes book of lies.

ARP bolts need the special tightening system as specified by ARP using ARP lubricant. The info sheet is supplied with the bolts. The alternative is to measure the stretch if you have the correct tools.
