zetec cams
hi all, im new on here and iv been using the site for info for a while so decided to register. I must admit im not building a kit car. infact Im
building a capri drifter with a zetec lump. I think ill fit right in though as I try my hardest to spend as little as possible, if it can be made. it
will be.
anyways iv been trauling through google trying my hardest to find out if American cams will fit in my blacktop engine. kent cams and the like are
nearly double the price of the US counterparts. everything iv read leads me to believe that theyre the same but its just too risky without knowing for
sure. so does anyone here know for definite or infact bought some themselves?
any info on this appreciated, cheers, CHEZ

Parts are normally cheap for a reason.
Cams made to fit American spec engines could be slightly different.
Have you factored in carriage and any tax/import duty payable.
Kent and Piper are proven in this country.
Over the years I have bought Kent cams for 4 x-flow builds and a Zetec. Never had a problem.
