wheres good for zx9r carb service parts?

Had my carbs on and off many times, cleaning, setting floats etc, but they still keep leaking fuel when pressurised
I guess im going to have to change all the seals. I bought them 2nd hand on here, they were kinda jammed up, so they could have been sitting a while, dried out etc. Ebay shows kits in america, but nothing here.
I've had to fit them vertical, but that shouldn't be a problem

I had the same problem, bought 4 of these kits and that seemed to solve any leaking issues

I always think dealers = expensive usually discount them straight away, even before considering them, but its a good idea! Bike dealers seem better than car dealers generally. I've emailed them asking parts costs and how much for the work to be done

Cheers Dave, when I looked I could only find us sellers, 60 for a set of 4 is about what I paid for the carbs I think, but I guess its about right. Good to know you had the same problem and new seals sorted them though!

well they aren't cheap - but if you need the bits and no one else sells the bit you need.....

I use this site to see how much they are likely to charge:

Try Wemoto.com.

They are normally quite good value.

I normally find the parts I need on one of the us parts fiches, then put the part number in google . it is amazing how many more UK sellers come up that way.

The o ring alone appears to be 16 quid there

Couldnt find kits on wemoto

Where did you find kits at 10 + post rick? That sounds good to me.

I managed to find some on ebay, set of 4, 35 quid posted, for all the carbs except my E carbs...
