Passed IVA

Well the car passed this morning, second attempt so I'm happy with that. I must admit its been the most stressful part of the build but its now done. I found Alistair at Newcastle very helpful and fair.
Now for the DVLA

Nice one!

From posts on here it sounds like it's a good idea to send DVLA docs "Signed for".

more stressful that the wiring? or the last 5% of the build where it seems to take 3 hours to make up a simple right angled bracket etc??

I will agree it's a bit nerving watching the guy go over the car and seeing what it's going to fail on, but i found it a really good experience, also had a great tester which is lucky, but certainly the most rewarding part of the build knowing that you can now drive it (barring plates etc).

Anyway, well done chap! now get gunning for your registration!

Well done, I'll be using the same test centre - probably early next year I reckon, good to know the tester is fair.

I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure

We'll done on the pass. Get your docs off ASAP and use RMSD. They won't even look for the application if you can't track it, when you chase it up.
