Paul,
Would suggest two small 30mm long threaded tubes welded to outer two inlet runners facing up to fuel rail.
Two matching 'collars' on fuel rail through which go long thread rods/bolts.
These would pull down the fuel rail injectors into their seating slightly better than the single central brace.

looking on ebay and just wondering wat is the biggest size of throttle body that a zetec can take. i seen ones rangeing from 45mm to 78mm wat size
would be the best?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Looking at the pictures i see that the inlet tracts are coming straight out of the centre of the plenum chamber. May i suggest offsetting these to one
side of the plenum to create a vortex in the plenum chamber which should increase its efficency higher up the revrange.
