Phoenix geometry
I have noticed my Phoenix has more neg. camber on one back wheel than the other. So will soon be looking to have the geometry set up properly. Drivers
side has more. I have a local motorsport place but they aren`t phoenix specific.
Can anybody on here give me an idea of what works with the Phoenix it has a hayabusa engine so quite lightweight and I`m looking for a general set up
which will work well in the dry and reasonable in the wet.
Front and rear toe in,
front and rear camber,
front caster angle,
If anyone would prefer to message me please do. I only do trackdays so not looking to use these settings against you.
thanks in advance.

I as going to suggest Tim too! I doubt if anyone knows more about the finer points of Phoenix setup.
His website seems to be down at the moment. You could ask someone at SPIRE SPORTSCARS to pass your number on to Tim.
I would make the trek to Nottingham and get him to set it up for you.
I have Tim's old bodywork on my Phoenix and it was set up to his instruction. I can't remember the settings though and its on crossplies
anyway so has less camber than most.
He is on facebook. Tim Gray Motorsport

Thanks guys I do have Tims number as I asked his advice on what to look out for when I bought my Phoenix.
I thought he said he was based at Chester but could be mistaken. I`ll give him another call and see what he recommends I was hoping to have it set up
closer to home but no worries.
Thanks again for the advice.

Spoke to Tim Gray of https://www.facebook.com/Tim-Gray-Motorsport-37863632902/?fref=ts today. The second time I`ve spoke to him now and both times he
has been very helpful and always happy to chat on the phone. He has given me settings to start from over the phone so I can take these to my local
motorsport place that does alignment.
He certainly knows his way around a Phoenix.

Tim did tell us that once he had done the preliminary setup that any subsequent toe changes were made at the rear only.

He is a definatly a top man.
I only do trackdays so a general set up suits me I wouldn`t change it for different tracks, weather or tyre type etc.
I`m not chasing tenths of a second.
