RS turbo right? My car was destined to have one of these before I bought it. It will be possible, but some repositioning of the turbo might be needed, as being FWD it is behind the engine I think, at the end of the exst. manifold. A different exhaust manifold would mean a different place for the turbo etc.

RS turbo engine has its turbo next to it, it should fit a locost no problem, the turbo will be on the passenger side and looks low enough to clear any chassis rails and not too far out to touch the body.
Escort RS turbo engine uses KE Jetronic mechanical injection and Garret T3 turbo whereas the Fiesta RS uses EFi injection and smaller T2/2.5 turbo (not sure which) due to packaging under the bonnet.
As the CVH uses a MTX75 gearbox it should bolt straight onto an MT75.

Sounds like a good conversion, go for it

The transverse cvh neds a bit of work to fit even in non-turbo form . Most of the info require is here http://www.sylva.co.uk/cvh.html

I am fittting a 1600 CVH Orion Weber engine using different mountings the one described, If you have a look at the CVH block will reveal sutiable bosses for use as mountings that just need drilled and tapped 10mm ISO Coarse.
My gearbox is a type 9 but unlike Sylva I am using a 1400 cvh flywheel with a 192mm Sierra clutch to reduce the rotational inertia. The starter required is a Sierra or Capri unit.

A lot of the info on mounting Zetecs applies --- CVH and Zetec blocks have a lot in common.
