Dare I mention the rx8 box?
Handles 250hp, fully helical (no noise), similar size, short throw change, use ratios 2-6 which are effectively a clubman quaife ratio set, £150 for
the box and the same for an adaptor and again for a prop (£500 all in), there are cable clutch mods if you do not have hydraulic. Putting one in my
puma 1.7 Anglia in the next couple of weeks.

I don't think it will fit in the Tiger transmission tunnel. I could be wrong though

Have you tried BGH gearboxes, they make a range of short first ranging from just a first gear change through to a full on close ratio heavy duty?

Another vote for Tracsport/SPC. Just fitted one of Steves boxes in my ModSport Midget & it is superb.

Also had the spc gear kit/gear box in my kitten this year, not broken it yet and it's very very good. So much nicer/quieter on the road than my
Tranx straight cut box.

I've been looking for one for over a year, they don't seem to come up for sale s/h which must tell you about the quality, I've never
heard a bad thing said about them. I've decided to bite the bullet and get a new one, expensive yes but as the yanks say " buy once cry
once "
