VENT FOR FUEL TANK

Cant have a vent in fuel cap,so will have to make one in filler tube.
I've got an idea but thought it best to get a view from other builders as well.

Any clues lads ?

The tank itself will take a 1/4 bsp thread if theres not enough room to get one on the Pad with the outlet connector. Get a 1/4 bsp to 8 or 10mm copper compression fitting put a small piece of tubing on it and then run some bagging from that. Failing that use the same connector but tap the hole into the filler neck, it should be plenty thick enough. I put a large pad on now, big enough for a sender unit and vent!
